Preliminary Assessment

If you would like a no-cost assessment of your legal issue we offer what we refer to as a “Preliminary Assessment”. You can request a Preliminary Assessment by downloading the form from the link below and emailing the completed form to INFO@bankslaw.net.

We will do our best to respond to all requests within a reasonable time.  If your request is more urgent, please call our office to schedule an appointment for a consultation.

Form - Request for Preliminary Assessment

Telephone

Our office telephone number is 909-980-0677.

During regular business hours our phone is initially answered by the office building's receptionist. She will refer the call to Patty, Suzi, or Claudia, depending on the information sought. If you wish to leave a message for Mr. Banks, Mr. Garcia or Mr. Janis please leave it in Patty's voice mailbox and she will see that the right person receives it. After hours you can leave a message by pressing 1 for Mr. Banks, 2 for Mr. Janis, or 3 for Patty.

E-Mail

Each of us has an email address that ends with the same web site: @bankslaw.net

The @ sign is preceded in each case by our name: Jim, Damian, Steve, Patty, Suzi, or Claudia. Please note that our Internet Service Provider is zealous about filtering out spam. For example, if the word "free" appears in the first few lines of your email, we won't receive it. If your email is time sensitive, you should consider calling to confirm that it was received.

Fax

During regular business hours we prefer to receive faxes at 909-980-3795. After regular business hours we receive faxes at 909-941-9414.
